Courts accept "Guilty", "Not Guilty", or "No Contest" as a response to charges made about our behavior, but if you pay close attention to what's really going on, you may find that not everyone will fall for the negative attention on your shame, and neither should you. Seek Professional Advice if you need to, but it is our experience that if you think you've done something wrong, its much more likely to be a problem God has had. The best way to deal with it is to help Him to resolve it. What we perceive as a problem caused by others, or on our own is God's challenge, or expectation of us, and if its made you uncomfortable for a long time, then you'll be really good at it.

Abandonment, or banishment we encounter may be due to defamation, slander or blame we're unaware of, but nothing gets done when we're all charged up about the difficulties. Our negativity is a result of burning up sensation. Anger, and frustration resulting from the obstruction, interference, or disruption prevents us from the ability to meet our needs. And, if we're brazen about the things we resent, we are much more likely to become victims of the anger.

Though we might not think we've lost our cool, the insanity that results from the injustice may actually be used to deny our opportunities all together, and though we have a valid case, the resentment we have may be used against us. Please see: Network Interference

Justice is a difficult goal to achieve, and is based upon our culture and location. Every culture has a history of injustice to refer to, and war, rebellion, and reformations result. Every culture's teaching is being scrutinized by this Higher Court we refer to online. Even governments can be downloaded today as templates summarizing everything we know about how to govern a region to date.

The standards of right and wrong, fair, and unfair are being revised by our realization that each form Fundamentalism conflicts with the other. We can no longer rely upon our own faith, or cultural norm to set the standard for our global community. We can no longer expect others to abide by the Christian code of conduct, or Judeo-Christian guidelines in our commons. As a result, laws written with the expectation that we are Christian no longer work.

Adaptation

Try this yourself!

Keep a log and take a good look at your complaints. Let them sit for a few days, and then look at them again. Its easy to see that they form the basis of your suffering. Almost invariably, we find later that we had something to do with the injury ourselves, and that by trying to blame others, we made matters worse. Even if someone else is to blame, can we realistically expect them to change for us? How easy was it for you, for example, to quit using foul language, or to quit smoking? So many people fall into that trap I developed these pages to try to help others deal with it. It can be literally humiliating.

An example of the results of public complaints can be found here: Log

When confronted by life threatening circumstances, criminal exploitation or defamation, what do we do?

Lynching

In the United States, we can call upon our Constitutional Right to Confrontation which forces an accuser to proceed with an accusation by identifying him or herself, and granting a court for your defense. That right that was established as a result of the careful review of the lynching of Christ by using the Geneva Bible in the 1600's.

When Jesus was brought before the High Priest and questioned he said: "I spake openly to the worlde and....in secret I have said nothing....Why askt thou Me?...beholde, they know what I said."

When denied confrontation before the Roman Governor he said: "Saist thou that of thy self, or did other tel it thee of Me."

...and before the Sanhedrin: "If I tell you, ye will not believe me. And if also I aske you, ye will not answer Me, nor let Me go."

(To be condemned without an accuser, and accusation, and a defense in the United States is a violation of our Constitutional Rights and would be a return to the Dark Ages.)

Paraphrased from: ~The Founder's Bible

This environment is governed by contracts and agreements we often don't read. Because we're nearly all unaware of the meaning of the all the terms in the agreements we make, nearly anyone can be lynched at anytime.

Our goal is to adapt to the new environment, and to be healthy. We need to treat the conditions that result from our work, but if we ruin our new world with anger and frustration, then where will we go to be rid of it next?

Heisenburg's Uncertainty Principal suggests that we will not be able to predict the result of what we have conceived in our imagination until it is made manifest in the light. Then, when we see it propagating in the light, its reality influences our perception of what it really is, and our intentions become convoluted.

We may also become convicted by our own conscience to find that our motives for self-preservation have denied opportunities for others to be heard. Without a challenge to our own perceptions, or points of view, we can become targets of a hatred we don't understand, or can't see.

We cannot rely upon our machines without being present in the community. We have been given a right to speak freely, but we must also be accountable. Our own truth is based upon our own perspective. If that truth becomes life threatening to others, then what are we but another condemnation of ourselves.

As Kierkegaard put it: "It is true, it was voluntary, and yet, it was bondage, because it was not truly voluntary, they had not entirely made up their minds, they were not happy to be there, were not free, and yet they did not have the bold confidence to stop or to leave and become free."

Everything had become works. And just like unhealthy growths on trees, so also were these works corrupted by unhealthy growths, thus were often only hypocrisy, the conceitedness of merit, idleness. The error was precisely there and not so much in the works.

To realize how mired we all are in delusion - each with our own world view separating us, is to begin a migration to the architecture of 'the poet that makes us able'.

To live in a state in which there is no despair at all, the self, willing to be itself, rests transparently in the power that established it. Itself being that by which all things are known, and accordingly, a part of all selves.

Choose to live, its worth the effort, and the more courageous of the two options.
